How to prevent the printer continuously ejects paper?

Check the paper roll type is set incorrectly or not, ensure the types of app paper roll and the continuity, gap, and black mark, should be clearly distinguished and reset the printer.

Check the paper roll holder is installed incorrectly or not, please follow the installation video of the paper roll holder in the APP and reinstall the paper roll holder while using.

Check the paper detection sensor is abnormal or not, please clean the sensor before using.
