Step 1, Please check the below things first.

1). Your smart phone or tablet should have connected a 2.4G WiFi with internet.

2). Make sure your router is MAC-open. If not, please cancel the router’s MAC filtering setting first.

3). Make sure your wifi is not 5G wifi, because our smart controler doesn’t support 5G wifi network.

Step 2,Power off the wifi relay, then power on the wifi relay, the blue led will be on.

Step 3, hold the K3 button for 10s to reset our device. you will see the blue led light blinks 3 times and repeat

Step 4,Open eWelink App to repair the device again, it will be successful.
